Welcome to Atlademy, an educational platform operated by AutonoBytes LLC.
By accessing or utilizing the website, courses, or services provided by Atlademy, you hereby agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Should you find these terms unacceptable, you are prohibited from using our services.
Atlademy operates as a registered Doing Business As (DBA) name and educational initiative under the auspices of AutonoBytes LLC, a limited liability company duly incorporated and existing under the laws of the State of Wyoming. All agreements, transactions, and obligations arising from or through this platform shall be legally executed and enforceable under the authority of AutonoBytes LLC.
To enroll in our programs or access restricted portions of the service, you must have attained the age of eighteen (18) years or the age of majority as recognized in your jurisdiction. By engaging with the service, you represent and warrant your compliance with these eligibility criteria.
You are obligated to utilize Atlademy exclusively for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations. You shall bear full responsibility for all content submitted and actions undertaken on or through our platform.
Enrollment in courses is contingent upon availability and acceptance at the sole discretion of Atlademy. Tuition fees shall be paid in accordance with the payment terms delineated on our website or as otherwise communicated. Failure to complete payment or any reversal thereof shall empower Atlademy to suspend or revoke your access to course materials without prejudice to other remedies.
Refunds shall be granted solely within the refund eligibility window, defined as fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of enrollment, provided that no more than ten percent (10%) of the course content has been accessed. Post-expiration of this period, all tuition payments shall be deemed non-refundable, except as mandated by applicable law. Atlademy reserves the unilateral right to amend this refund policy, with such changes effective upon posting on the website.
Atlademy enforces a stringent code of conduct. Any behavior deemed unethical, disruptive, harmful, harassing, or violative of applicable laws may result in immediate disqualification or a permanent ban from our services. Atlademy, through AutonoBytes LLC, retains the authority to investigate reported violations and implement any remedial action it deems necessary and appropriate.
All course content, logos, materials, trademarks, designs, and software furnished on this website or in connection with our services constitute the exclusive property of AutonoBytes LLC, unless otherwise expressly indicated. Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of said intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Atlademy and AutonoBytes LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the services. This limitation applies irrespective of the foreseeability of such damages.
Atlademy reserves the unqualified right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without prior notice, for any conduct that, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms and Conditions or is detrimental to our interests or those of other users.
Atlademy collects and processes personal information as detailed in our Privacy Policy. We undertake to comply with all relevant data protection laws, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and employ reasonable technical and organizational measures to safeguard your data.
Access to course materials is granted for a period of six (6) months from the date of enrollment, unless otherwise stipulated. Extensions may be considered at Atlademy's discretion, while access may be terminated upon breach of these Terms. Atlademy shall not be liable for delays due to unforeseen technical issues but will endeavor to restore access promptly.
Atlademy shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, natural disasters, or governmental actions. Efforts will be made to resume services as soon as practicable.
Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in the State of Wyoming under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. This clause shall not preclude recourse to injunctive relief where expressly permitted by law.
Payments facilitated through third-party services, including but not limited to Affirm, are subject to the respective terms and conditions of such providers. Atlademy assumes no liability for the performance or availability of these services.
By utilizing our services, you consent to receive communications from Atlademy electronically, including via email, which shall be deemed legally binding and equivalent to written correspondence.
Atlademy reserves the right to revise or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Such modifications shall take effect upon posting the updated version on our website, and your continued use thereafter shall constitute acceptance of the amended terms.
